01 // Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the 5jl10 website, mobile platform, games, promotions, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform.

By clicking "I Agree," completing the registration process, making a deposit, or otherwise using any part of the 5jl10 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

02 // Eligibility & Age Verification

To be eligible to register and use the 5jl10 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of the Philippines or are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful;
• You are not acting on behalf of another person;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 5jl10 or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
• You are not prohibited from gambling by any applicable law, court order, or self-exclusion agreement;
• You have not previously been excluded from the 5jl10 Platform or had a 5jl10 account terminated for cause.

5jl10 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID (PhilSys, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS, or GSIS card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 5jl10 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

03 // Account Registration

Each eligible person may hold only one (1) registered account on the 5jl10 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

3.1 Registration Information

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to update such information promptly if it changes. 5jl10 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

5jl10 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to complete KYC verification before making withdrawals or when your account activity triggers a review threshold. KYC documents may include a valid Philippine government-issued ID, a selfie with your ID, and proof of your registered payment method.

3.3 Single Account Policy

If 5jl10 identifies that you hold more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be closed, any bonuses credited to those accounts will be voided, and any winnings derived from bonus funds in duplicate accounts may be forfeited. 5jl10 may, at its sole discretion, also close the original account.

04 // Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 5jl10 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree not to share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

4.1 Password Requirements

Your 5jl10 account password must meet minimum security requirements as specified during registration. We strongly recommend using a unique password that is not used on any other platform, and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional protection.

4.2 Unauthorized Access

You must notify 5jl10 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or if your login credentials have been compromised. You can reach our support team via live chat at any time. 5jl10 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account prior to your notification to us, provided that such unauthorized use did not result from our own negligence.

4.3 Account Activity Responsibility

All bets, deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions made through your 5jl10 account are your sole responsibility, regardless of whether they were made by you personally or by a third party who accessed your account with or without your knowledge. 5jl10 treats all activity on your account as authorized by you unless you have notified us otherwise in advance.

05 // Deposits & Payments

All funds deposited into your 5jl10 account must come from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the source.

5.1 Deposit Processing

GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your 5jl10 balance in real time, typically within seconds of a successful transaction. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank are processed within the same business day, subject to the sending bank's processing schedule. 5jl10 does not charge deposit fees on our end; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

5.2 Currency

The 5jl10 Platform operates exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transaction records are denominated in PHP. 5jl10 does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not support cryptocurrency transactions of any kind.

5.3 Deposit Limits

5jl10 may impose minimum and maximum deposit limits at the platform level or at the individual account level. Players may also set their own voluntary deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming tools in their account settings. Voluntary limits that reduce your current limit take effect immediately; requests to increase a voluntary limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.

06 // Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your 5jl10 account are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed;
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used to fund your account, where technically possible;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200;
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn;
• 5jl10 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

6.1 Processing Times

GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 30 seconds to 5 minutes of approval. Maya withdrawals are processed within 1–15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST), and on the next business day for requests submitted after that cutoff.

6.2 Withdrawal Fees

5jl10 does not charge withdrawal fees on our end. Your payment provider (GCash, Maya, or your bank) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside 5jl10's control. Please check with your provider for their current fee schedule.

6.3 Suspicious Withdrawal Activity

5jl10 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or decline any withdrawal request that triggers our anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring systems, pending investigation. In such cases, 5jl10 will notify you and may request additional documentation. We are required by Philippine law to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities.

07 // Bonuses & Promotions

5jl10 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms.

7.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only;
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated;
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted;
• 5jl10 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus terms — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to circumvent restrictions, or placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account termination.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Most 5jl10 bonuses carry a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x). This means you must wager the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) the stated number of times before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements and eligible games are clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms.

08 // Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 5jl10 Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game rules specifically address the point in question.

8.1 Game Integrity

All 5jl10 slot games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently tested to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by real dealers in real time and are subject to the rules of the respective game (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Dragon Tiger, etc.) as displayed in the game interface.

8.2 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. 5jl10 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time. Bets placed in excess of the stated maximum will be reduced to the maximum permitted amount, and any excess will be returned to your account balance.

8.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game, 5jl10 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the players involved. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" — this is a standard industry principle that applies to all 5jl10 games. 5jl10 is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond our reasonable control.

8.4 Disconnection Policy

If you are disconnected from the 5jl10 Platform during an active game round, the game will continue according to its programmed logic. For most games, the round will complete and the result will be recorded in your account history. 5jl10 is not responsible for losses incurred due to internet connectivity issues on your end.

09 // Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 5jl10 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or KYC, impersonating another person, or using stolen payment credentials;
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one 5jl10 account;
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonuses through coordinated betting, arbitrage, or any strategy designed to extract value from promotions without genuine gameplay intent;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker or live dealer games;
• Cheating Software: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players;
• Money Laundering: Using the 5jl10 Platform to launder money or finance illegal activities. 5jl10 is required by Philippine law to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC);
• Underage Gambling: Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by persons under 21 years of age;
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider after depositing funds into your 5jl10 account.

10 // Suspension & Termination

5jl10 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months;
• At the player's own request (voluntary closure or self-exclusion);
• As required by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Upon termination for cause, 5jl10 may withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, any legitimate balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. Balances derived from fraudulent activity or bonus abuse will be forfeited.

Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 5 business days.

11 // Responsible Gaming

5jl10 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. We provide a suite of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, all accessible from your account settings after login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit;
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session;
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications reminding you how long you have been playing;
• Take a Break: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from the Platform for 6 months, 1 year, or indefinitely.

5jl10 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement in compliance with Philippine law. We conduct age verification at registration and may request additional proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds returned to the source payment method.

12 // Intellectual Property

All content on the 5jl10 Platform — including but not limited to the 5jl10 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 5jl10 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the 5jl10 Platform without our prior written consent.

13 // Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 5jl10 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service;
• Any technical malfunction, system failure, or connectivity issue beyond our reasonable control.

In no event shall 5jl10's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 5jl10 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14 // Privacy & Data

5jl10 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

5jl10 complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your personal data is used solely for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, complying with legal obligations, and improving our services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

15 // Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 5jl10 Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

16 // Amendments to These Terms

5jl10 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the 5jl10 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
